By accessing sparxprep.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our course materials or placement services.
All content, including videos, mock tests, and code samples provided in the Web Development course, are the exclusive property of SparxPrep. You may not redistribute, sell, or share your account credentials with others.
Payments for the Web Development Course and Premium Test Series are processed securely. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate access to proprietary content, all sales are final. Refunds are only considered in exceptional technical cases.
Users are prohibited from using the platform for any unlawful purpose, attempting to scrape data, or disrupting the learning environment for other students. Violation of these rules may lead to immediate account termination.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of sparxprep.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
